Proxy Authority or Ministry is a sub-faction that oversees the remaining colonies throughout the world.

General Information
Proxy Authority is a bureaucratic faction consisting of collaborators.
Proxy Authority works for the Planetary Authority, their Combine overlords.
Their tasks consist of but not limited to; bureaucracy, producing propaganda, stabilization, intelligence gathering, mediation, report writing, and decision making.
Additional tasks include faxing documents to governing bodies such as the divisional CMBN authority, Civil Service, and Ministry of Civil Protection,
