Transitional Ministerial Authority is a bureaucratic faction consisting of collaborators.
The Proxy Authority works for the Planetary Authority, their Combine overlords. Their tasks consist of, but are not limited to; bureaucracy, producing propaganda, stabilization, intelligence gathering, mediation, report writing, and decision-making. Additional tasks include faxing documents to governing bodies such as the Central Services, [[Civil_Service|Civil Service]], and [[MCP|Ministry of Civil Protection]].
 
Transitional Ministerial Authority works for the Planetary Authority.
 
They derive authority from and work from their Combine overlords.
 
Their tasks consist of but not limited to; bureaucracy, producing propaganda, stabilization, intelligence gathering, acting as liaisons, report writing, and decision making.
