Rank Structure
We employ the Intention(INT) rank system.
We consider every unit to be equal, and everyone is classified as a ground unit.
There is no calling people sir or any form of saluting, no matter their intention/rank.
You will receive rank points along with your hourly ration, these points will allow you to upgrade your intention.
If you are an i2 or higher, you are classified as a TAG unit (tactical assault gear). If TAG units are being called upon, you must respond with your MP7.
Every unit performs same duties, but units such as Rank Leader (RL) are responsible for making judgement calls, initiating inspections, authorizing raids and requesting Socio-stability changes.
Policies
OOC Policies
These policies are not IC, and will most likely result in a removal from the faction.
* Metagaming with /PDA such as guessing someones CID or their name to assign them points.
* Do not confiscate/steal items that are not contrabands (Do not take citizens rations or tokens).
* Confiscated contraband must be destroyed.
*Do not leave ANY items laying around inside the HPR.
* You are not allowed to give any tokens or items to citizens. (Yes, this means you also cannot buy stuff off people.)
* You are not allowed to use your medical supplies on Citizens. You are not there to save Citizens, you are there to ensure the city is socio-stable.
* Do not set people BOL / ANTI-CITIZEN without logging it on PDA and specifying the transgression.
* Your character description must consist of one or two full sentences, and must hint your anonymity.
* Going AFK for longer than 15 minutes. If you have to do something, flag off.
* You are responsible for those you cycle. Ensure that they are processed when their time is up.
IC Policies
Breaking these policies that will result in IC punishments, such as S.C. deduction, or unit de-servicement.
* Citizens must be knocked out and tied whenever being brought in/out of the next. (They must also be knocked out while being released from the nexus).
* Follow the socio-stability Socio-stability weapon protocols. Firearms should not be fired or equipped during GREEN socio-stability, unless your life is in danger.
* Activate/deactivate com-locks or barriers with a proper reason.
* Adhere to cohesive chatter protocols. Use the right terminologies.
* Follow the format when assigning points.
* Always use Detainment Block terminals when cycling prisoners. You are required to enter citizen's CID and cycle them using the terminal.
